- Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer (we will inform you via email).

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
- We offer Free Shipping on selected products and orders above a certain value (displayed on product page).
- Express shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout.

5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to selected countries. International customers are requested to contact us before placing an order to know shipping cost and delivery timeline. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking number sent to your registered email and phone number.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- All our packages are carefully packed with protective materials.
- In case of damage during transit, please raise a complaint with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- For lost shipments, we will initiate a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund after investigation.
