All products sold by Kalashashwat are handmade. Therefore:
- Slight variations in color, wood grain, texture, shape, finish, and size are natural and expected.
- These variations are not considered defects and make each piece unique.
- No two products will be exactly identical.
3. Orders and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India and select international locations.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, color variations, grain patterns, or minor aesthetic differences. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy for complete information.
